Twelve San Antonio-area companies have made Hispanic magazine's list of the 100 fastest-growing Hispanic-owned start-up companies in the country.The list includes Veladi Ranch Steak House Inc., a San Antonio- based restaurant chain launched in 1994 by former Pizza Hut franchisee Arturo G.
